Domestic-made minimal intermeshing mixer

On the eve of National Day, Yiyang Rubber & Plastics Machinery Group Co., Ltd. successfully developed and launched the domestically smallest-capacity intermeshing GE5 test mixer. The machine underwent rigorous air load testing and on-site inspections, meeting all technical specifications and proving its reliability. It will now be deployed in domestic tire production, replacing imported alternatives. Yiyang Rubber Machinery Co., Ltd. offers two main types of internal mixers: the N-type (tangent type) and the E-type (mesh type). The E-type mixer is equipped with the internationally advanced PES3 intermeshing rotor, which effectively addresses the mixing challenges caused by the use of white carbon black in radial tires. This technology simplifies the mixing process, reducing it from multiple stages to a single step. When used with white carbon rubber, it enhances grip, increases abrasion resistance, and reduces rolling resistance. The intermeshing internal mixer ensures uniform blending of various special rubber compounds and fillers during the mixing process, making it ideal for high-end radial tires and other advanced rubber products. In addition to continuing the development of the N-type series, the company has been actively investing in the research and innovation of the E-type mixer. The E-type rotor and hydraulic top pin technology have both been granted national utility model patents, highlighting the company's commitment to technological advancement. The E-type mixer family now includes over 10 models, ranging from the largest capacity GE580 to the smallest capacity GE5, all developed and manufactured in-house. This expansion demonstrates Yiyang’s growing expertise and competitive edge in the global rubber machinery market.
