Heilongjiang Harbin Huaer Chemical Wastewater Treatment Project

The project was constructed between 2007 and 2008, with a total investment of 22 million yuan. Construction officially commenced during this period. The main objectives of the project involve the treatment and recycling of various industrial by-products and waste streams. Specifically, it includes the processing of 2,000 tons per year of salt sludge, the recycling of 666 tons per year of vinyl chloride distillation residue, and the circulation of 800 tons per day of calcium carbide slurry supernatant. Additionally, the project aims to recycle 56,000 tons per year of PVC finished centrifugal mother liquor. Other key components include the treatment of 2,000 tons per year of sludge, the management of 36 tons per year of mercury-containing wastewater from PVC production, and the treatment of 350 tons per hour of groundwater. To achieve these goals, the project is equipped with advanced systems such as reverse osmosis units, wastewater treatment facilities, and disinfection equipment. These technologies are essential in ensuring efficient and environmentally responsible waste management throughout the project's operation.
