1. This year's El Niño phenomenon is more serious. To this end, each team of the welding track team should coordinate with the project department and pay attention to the following matters:

3. Fire protection requirements:
(1) The welder and generator container should check whether the fire extinguisher device is complete and the fire extinguisher is out of date. If it is not complete or the fire extinguisher expires, it should be rectified immediately to ensure that the fire extinguisher is good;
(2) Normalized equipment should be inspected for acetylene oxygen cylinders, acetylene oxygen tubes, valves, tempering devices, interfaces and pressure gauges during use to ensure that they are in good condition;
(3) The use of normalizing equipment shall be specially staffed and shall not be adjusted at will;
(4) In the process of welding and normalizing construction, set the windshield (box) according to the actual situation to ensure that the welding spatter and normalizing flame do not affect the surrounding safety;
4. Transportation requirements:
(1) During the operation of the railcar or locomotive, the personnel of each team shall not move on the flatbed;

(3) Motor vehicles should be driven by full-time drivers, others must not drive without permission, and must not drive on the road;
