China will establish a strong support system for auto parts

At a recent event in Guilin, Lu Xi, Director of the Industrial Coordination Department under the National Development and Reform Commission’s Industrial Policy Division, emphasized that China is accelerating efforts to strengthen its auto parts industry and build a robust component support system. During the national industrial restructuring conference, officials highlighted that while China's automotive manufacturing has made significant progress through joint ventures and partnerships, the development of auto parts has not kept pace. Although vehicle production technology and quality have reached international standards, the component sector still lags behind, limiting overall vehicle performance and innovation. The official pointed out that current challenges include weak supporting capabilities among parts manufacturers, low levels of specialization, and limited independent R&D and system integration abilities. These issues hinder the ability of the domestic auto industry to match the rapid growth of整车 (complete vehicles). To address this, the government plans to boost the auto parts industry by fostering regional clusters, encouraging collaboration between automakers and component suppliers, and promoting advanced research and development. The goal is to help parts companies achieve large-scale production, gain access to global supply chains, and enhance their competitiveness on the international stage. This strategic move aims to ensure that China’s auto industry becomes more self-reliant and globally competitive, strengthening the entire value chain from components to finished vehicles.

High-temperature 2-color Ratio Pyrometer

This classification includes two color infrared pyrometers measuring range start from 600℃. Two-color pyrometer determines the temperature of an object by measuring the ratio of energy at two different wavelengths. The advanced software and hardware design help pyrometers meet the application in harsh environment as moisture, dust, target size change, partial blockage and emissivity change, even if the detection signal attenuates 95%, the temperature measurement results will not be effected.

In two color mode, pyrometer measure the highest temperature in an area without being limited by the size of the measured target. The two-color mode determines the temperature by the ratio of the signal from two wavelength. When with small measuring object, dusty, water vapor and foggy, changing distance, partially occlusion, and frequently changing emissivity, the signals of two wavelength fall simultaneously and the ratio remains the constant after division.

Pyrometer detectors are normally laminated silicon, products are usually applied to metallurgical industry(rod and wire mills, Hot rolling mills), foundry, cement kiln, induction heating, heat treatment, heating furnace, vacuum furnace, monocrystalline silicon, polysilicon, semiconductor and other industrial temperature measurement.
