Recently, Xugong Technology Co., Ltd. successfully completed the comprehensive acceptance of its "Large-Scale Construction Machinery Technical Transformation Project" by the National Acceptance Committee and has now started production. This marks a major milestone in the company's ongoing efforts to enhance its manufacturing capabilities and product quality.
As part of the second batch of "Double High and One Excellent" projects and the seventh national debt-funded initiative, this project received a total investment of approximately 120 million yuan. The key components include the construction of a new factory, procurement of advanced processing and testing equipment, improvement of storage facilities, enhancement of the information network system, and upgrades to gas supply and heating infrastructure. These improvements are expected to significantly boost operational efficiency and technical standards across the board.
Wu, Minister of the Science and Technology Development Department at Xugong Technology, stated, "This project will greatly enhance the manufacturing capabilities and quality of our track-type rotary drilling machines, mixing stations, and loaders. It will also improve product development capabilities, management efficiency, and overall technology levels. Furthermore, it streamlines key processes such as cutting, steel structure welding, machining, testing, painting, and assembly for these products."
The successful completion of this project has strengthened Xugong Technology’s production capacity, process optimization, and product quality. It also accelerates the development and trial production of new products, helping to narrow the technological gap with internationally competitive counterparts.
