Recently, Xugong Technology Co., Ltd. successfully completed the comprehensive acceptance of its "Large-Scale Construction Machinery Technical Transformation Project" by the National Acceptance Committee and has now officially put it into operation. This marks a significant milestone in the company's ongoing efforts to modernize its production capabilities and enhance product quality.
The project is part of the second batch of the "Double High and One Excellent" initiative and the seventh batch of national debt-funded technological transformation projects. With a total investment of approximately 120 million yuan, the project involves the construction of a new factory, the procurement of advanced and precision manufacturing equipment, testing facilities, storage systems, upgrades to the information network, as well as improvements to gas supply and heating infrastructure.
Wu, from the Science and Technology Development Department of Xugong Technology, stated, "This project will greatly enhance the manufacturing standards and technical capabilities of our track-type rotary drilling machines, mixing stations, and loaders. It will improve product quality, R&D capabilities, and overall management efficiency. Additionally, it will elevate the technological level of our products and optimize key production processes such as cutting, steel welding, machining, testing, painting, and assembly."
With the successful implementation and completion of the project, Xugong Technology has significantly strengthened its production capacity, process technology, and product quality. This advancement supports the development and trial production of new products, helping to narrow the gap with similar high-end foreign counterparts. The project not only boosts the company’s competitiveness but also lays a solid foundation for future innovation and growth in the construction machinery industry.
